1 Italian bun
Some lettuce
3 slices of chorizo
3 slices of tomato
3 slices of buffalo mozzarella
Couple of fresh leaves of basil
Pepper & salt
Extra virgin olive oil
Preparation:
1. Slice the bun in half and sprinkle olive oil on both insides.
2. Optionally roast the buns.
3. Add lettuce, chorizo, tomato and mozzarella.
4. top off with some chopped fresh basil leaves.
5. season with salt, pepper and a bit of olive oil.
